Exciting news! The Langston, Epping, a remarkable residential development in Sydney's north-west, has just been awarded the Urban Taskforce Australia's High-Density Residential Development City Award!
We are immensely proud to have played a role in this extraordinary project. Our journey with this development started back in 2018 when Reactivate was tasked with developing the initial Placemaking strategy for the precinct and subsequently then working with the community to shapes its delivery during construction and since its completion last year. We were also proud to create a comprehensive Place Activation Strategy that has guided events, activations, and community building within the ground plane and mixed-use podium.
Designed by Architectus for Cbus Property, this iconic project features three residential towers housing 462 residences, setting a new standard for apartment living with its striking architecture and premium lifestyle amenities.
