Reactivate, worked closely with the emerging Brookvale Arts District to, a graduate of the NSW government’s Uptown Accelerator Program, on a number of scopes to help solidify its reputation as the premier arts, industry, and entertainment precinct on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The Brookvale Arts District has rapidly evolved into a dynamic and bustling creative hub against a unique industrial backdrop. It is now home to various creative makers and performance spaces, meeting a pressing need within the broader Sydney community. The district's history is steeped in creative and maker culture, once being the birthplace of Australia's surf manufacturing industry and a significant contributor to the rise of iconic Australian bands like INXS and Midnight Oil.
Affectionately referred to as “BAD”, our team took great pride in guiding BAD's early evolution, harnessing the creative potential within this district, and supporting its sustainable growth. Our efforts were dedicated to nurturing the arts, music, and creative communities within Sydney's Northern Beaches and we take great pride in being part of this transformative process, one that continually breathes new life into the district.
