We are thrilled to announce Reactivate’s latest endeavour – a vibrant cultural quarter development, Pointe Des Arts, located in the heart of Ile Seguin, Paris with our Friends at The Street Society. This project marks our inaugural European venture, bringing a slice of the Parisian avant-garde art scene to the forefront.
Collaborating with the renowned urban collective, The Street Society, we are weaving together an intricate precinct ground plane strategy that combines functionality with cultural enrichment. Pointe Des Arts is envisioned as a tapestry of art, life, and communal space, unfurling over 5,000 square meters of innovative design.
Pointe Des Arts stands as a beacon of cultural ingenuity, hosting a multi-use complex that will be home to a vast array of arts, from a dynamic cinema space featuring Pathé's eight screens to a constellation of businesses and culinary delights, all anchored by a premier four-star hotel.
At the core of Pointe Des Arts lies a contemporary art center, designed to be the heart of the project, offering a canvas for artists and a haven for art enthusiasts. It will not just be a space, but a cultural revolution which is set to reshape the artistic narrative of Paris.
