Project Type: Place Visioning
Year: 2021
Client: Penrith City Council
Reactivate was engaged to develop an overarching Place Vision for Penrith City Council’s visionary new development, Soper Place. The project uniquely combines both community facilities, a commuter car park, rooftop gardens and 6,500m2 of office space and is being developed as a key part of the Council’s plans to revitalise the Penrith City Centre and create more jobs close to home.
Due to the wide variety of stakeholders that will utilise the building and the significance of the development itself, the Place Vision, based on six unique place pillars, will be utilised to unify project stakeholders and deliver an outstanding place experience for the project and ultimately a vibrant City Centre.
The vision will also be utilised by Reactivate’s project branding partner Goodness to inform the building’s brand and marketing strategy.
